International Philippine Martial Arts Federation (IPMAF) was founded 1970
by Great Grandmaster Ernesto A. Presas sr.
Grandmaster Ernesto G. Presas took over his post as over all head of IPMAF.
IPMAF forsees and regulates the martial arts of Kombatan and Modern Mano Mano.
